Marrion J Cherian is a Mortgage Agent & Managing Partner at Mortgagebroker.ca and supports the brokerage with its growth strategy. Prior to joining us he worked at HSBC Bank Canada as the Head of the Broker Channel and played a significant role in supporting the Mortgage and Broker Market. He brings over 17 Years of Banking Experience where he has held roles like Financial Advisor, Branch Manager, Investment Specialist, Small Business Advisor including Regional Manager and Director of Strategic Initiatives with HSBC. As an avid real estate investor, Marrion can provide his Clients with strategic portfolio planning and has a deep-rooted knowledge that can benefit any Client looking for Mortgage Financing and is well connected within the Lender, Builder and Real Estate Community of Greater Toronto Area.

Fabion Foote is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of My Nexus Mortgage, dedicated to helping Canadians secure the right mortgage solutions for their needs. With a client-focused approach, Fabion and his team provide expert guidance, ensuring a smooth and stress-free financing experience for homebuyers, investors, and homeowners looking to refinance.
Before entering the mortgage industry, Fabion was a professional football player and won the 2022 Grey Cup Championship with the Toronto Argonauts. His journey from professional sports to entrepreneurship is a testament to his resilience, discipline, and commitment to excellence—qualities he brings to every client relationship.
